Senior Accountant AA role at an advisory firm serving agricultural and SME clients, signing off annual accounts and coaching junior accountants.
You join an accounting and advisory firm serving agricultural and SME clients as an experienced Accountant AA. You act as a sparring partner for entrepreneurs and sign off annual accounts and statements. You work alongside other disciplines within a full service firm.
What you will do:
- You compile, review, and sign annual accounts.
- You advise clients on financial and business questions.
- You spot and act on advisory opportunities for clients.
- You guide and coach junior accountants.
- You coordinate with colleagues, clients, and external parties.
What you bring:
- An RA or AA qualification with several years of experience.
- You feel comfortable in a client facing role with real responsibility.
- Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus, not a requirement.
- You are a strong communicator and client focused.
- You think ahead and are willing to make decisions.
