For our client, an IT consultancy and secondment organisation in the central Netherlands, we are looking for a commercially driven account manager who builds lasting client relationships and spots new market opportunities.

Our client is a growing IT consultancy and secondment organisation in the central Netherlands that places software professionals with leading companies. As account manager you are the linking pin between clients and consultants. You are in daily contact with existing accounts, develop new business and make sure every placement is a success for both sides. What you will do: - Maintain daily contact with leading clients and act as their trusted advisor - Develop new sales activities and identify market opportunities with existing and new customers - Realise consultancy assignments for individual professionals as well as complete project teams - Stay closely involved after a placement starts, keeping in touch with both client and consultant - Take part in recruitment interviews to assess whether candidates fit your clients - Expand relationships step by step and grow your own account portfolio What you bring: - A commercial and customer-focused mindset with a genuine networker attitude - A bachelor level of working and thinking, preferably with a completed degree - At least 2 years of experience in a comparable commercial role - An enthusiastic, independent and entrepreneurial personality - Strong communication skills in Dutch and English - Affinity with ICT solutions and the IT labour market What is offered: - A competitive salary with an attractive bonus scheme - A lease car - Room to grow your career within a fast-growing organisation - Hybrid working and a driven, knowledgeable team Interested?
