A technology company in Amsterdam is looking for an AI adoption lead. The organisation wants to use AI more broadly in its products and internal processes. You bridge the gap between technical possibilities and daily practice for teams across the company.
What you will do:
- Identify opportunities to apply AI within products and internal workflows
- Work with product, engineering and business teams to implement AI tools
- Set up training and guidelines so teams can use AI responsibly
- Track adoption, gather feedback and adjust the approach
- Stay up to date on relevant AI developments and tools
What you bring:
- Experience with AI or machine learning projects, technical or applied
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical topics simply
- Experience guiding change within an organisation
- Affinity with software development and data
- Fluent English, Dutch is a plus
