A small, informal IT services firm is looking for a Business Analyst at medior to senior level. You work on assignments at clients across the Netherlands, translate an organisation's vision and goals into concrete improvement initiatives and make sure decisions rest on solid analysis. Hybrid: partly at the client, partly from home. Permanent contract from day one, market-rate salary.
What you will do:
- Map the current and desired situation within the given frameworks and strategy
- Carry out fit-gap analyses and problem and impact analyses
- Organise and facilitate workshops in which you bring differing interests together
- Write advisory reports and business cases that substantiate feasibility and impact
- Model business processes in BPMN
- Work in an Agile environment with continuous business innovation
What you bring:
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree
- At least 3 years of experience as an analyst in an IT environment
- Experience with BPMN and business process modelling
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean ways of working
- Preferably one or more IIBA or BCS certifications
- Strong analytical skills and a feel for political and administrative relationships
- Strong communication skills and a team player
