For our client, a fast-growing AI consultancy in the Randstad, we are looking for a Business Consultant who turns AI ambitions into concrete, executable plans for industrial organisations.

Our client is a fast-growing technology consultancy in the Randstad that helps organisations in traditional industries adopt and implement AI solutions in production environments. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Business Consultant who leads the strategic side of client engagements and turns AI ambition into plans that actually get executed. What you will do: - Facilitate use case discovery workshops with clients - Build AI roadmaps and develop solid business cases - Deliver AI strategy, governance and readiness assessments - Engage directly with senior and C-suite stakeholders - Shape project scope and keep clients clear on direction and priorities - Help develop and sharpen the consultancy proposition What you bring: - Several completed cycles of digital transformation or strategy consulting experience - A strong ability to extract, structure and prioritise use cases together with clients - Confidence in engaging with senior and C-suite stakeholders - A strategic mindset: identifying business goals and setting the right priorities - A good non-technical understanding of AI and data concepts - Fluency in Dutch and English What is offered: - A key role within a fast-growing organisation with serious ambitions - Close collaboration with the founders, the tech team and senior stakeholders - High-impact AI projects with visible results in traditional industries - Ownership and real influence on the consultancy proposition - Competitive compensation and room to grow - An ambitious team with high energy and strong execution Interested?
