Our client is a technology organisation in the eastern Netherlands that develops mission-critical software solutions in the field of cybersecurity and telecom for governments, public safety organisations and telecommunication operators. To accelerate international growth, we are looking for a Global Account Manager with a strong hunter profile.
What you will do:
- Drive new business across strategic accounts in multiple countries
- Build relationships at every level, from C-suite to technical stakeholders
- Own the complete sales cycle, from qualification to contract negotiation and closing
- Manage RFI and RFP processes, tenders and framework agreements in regulated markets
- Work closely with sales engineering, legal, finance and delivery teams to shape value-driven solutions
- Keep the pipeline and forecasts accurate and up to date in the CRM
- Feed market insights back to product management
What you bring:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, of which at least 5 years as a proven new business hunter
- A track record of closing large, complex international deals with long sales cycles
- Experience with RFI and RFP processes and tenders in regulated environments
- Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence, with excellent writing and presentation skills
- Fluent English; additional languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish or Arabic are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally, roughly one to two months per year in total
- Knowledge of telecom standards, 5G, cloud and security monitoring environments (SOC) is a plus
- A certificate of conduct is required before employment starts

- Salary: 5800 to 9200 euro gross per month
