Lead the finance function for a growing property management company near Amsterdam.
A property management company near Amsterdam is looking for a head of finance. The organisation manages real estate portfolios for institutional and private clients. In this role you build the finance function further and report directly to the management team.
What you will do:
- Manage the full finance department, including accounting and reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Advise management on budgets, forecasts and investment decisions
- Improve financial processes and internal controls
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors
What you bring:
- A completed degree in finance, accounting or business economics
- At least 7 years of experience in a finance role, part of it in a leadership position
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent Dutch and English
