IT Domain Architect at a large public sector organisation in Noord-Holland. You define the architecture of the IT domain itself: how the IT organisation is set up as a governance and services platform. You work at strategic and tactical level, inside the CIO office.
What you will do:
- Draft architecture frameworks, roadmaps and decision papers that enable portfolio planning and decision making.
- Work on strategic topics such as IT4IT, sourcing strategy, governance and the move to a services organisation.
- Design the business, information and application architecture for the IT domain.
- Track market and technology trends and adjust the architecture accordingly.
- Translate information security and privacy policy into concrete guardrails.
- Review the quality of the information provision through advice and architecture statements.
What you bring:
- At least three years of experience drafting domain architectures with TOGAF and ArchiMate.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as IT4IT, SAFe, ASL and BiSL.
- Experience in government or another politically driven environment.
- Strong advisory skills, you explain complex matters in simple terms.
- Knowledge of business transformation planning is a plus.
- Bachelor level, master level is a plus.
- Fluent Dutch.
