A small, informal IT services firm is looking for a Java Developer at medior to senior level. You work on projects at mid-sized and large organisations across the Netherlands with a broad ICT landscape, in a multidisciplinary Agile team with two-week sprints, refinements and demos for stakeholders. Hybrid: partly at the client, partly from home. Permanent contract from day one, market-rate salary.
What you will do:
- Build back-end and front-end applications in Java and JavaScript
- Build integrations and work with SQL and PL/SQL
- Take part in sprints, refinements and demos within a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to stable software and improvements in the development process
- Pick up new technologies and share knowledge with colleagues
What you bring:
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Experience with Java 8 or higher, Maven and Gradle
- Experience with a front-end framework such as Angular, React or Vue.js
- Interest in or experience with AWS and Azure
- At home in a multidisciplinary team, curious and focused on growth
- Clear communication and a taste for teamwork
