An international software company in Zuid-Holland is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer. It develops a metadata platform that large knowledge institutions in Europe and Asia use to manage extensive collections. You work across the whole chain: backend in Java and Spring, frontend in React. Hybrid, full time (part time negotiable), international team. Salary 4400 to 5400 euro gross per month, depending on experience.
What you will do:
- Build new functionality in Java and Spring on the backend, React on the frontend.
- Design, code and test modules.
- Turn requirements and designs into working code.
- Analyse and fix bugs in existing systems.
- Join unit, system and acceptance testing.
- Join architecture reviews, load and performance tests.
- Help run continuous integration, environments and releases.
What you bring:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Java, Spring and React.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, EKS and ECS.
- Good knowledge of Linux and scripting.
- Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Nice to have: PostgreSQL, Git, C and daily use of AI tools.
