As a Processing Software Integrator you join a scrum team that develops real-time software for advanced sensor processing systems. You are responsible for integrating and testing software building blocks and you make sure that software, networks and operating systems work together seamlessly. Quality and reliability are essential in this domain, so extensive testing and regression testing are a core part of your work.
What you will do:
- Integrate and test software components within a complex real-time processing system
- Set up and maintain build, integration and deployment pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, Maven and Nexus
- Implement and run regression tests to keep the software stable across releases
- Analyse integration issues, find the root cause and come up with structural solutions
- Work closely with developers, testers and system engineers in an agile environment
- Contribute to a robust and scalable technical infrastructure for continuous integration
What you bring:
- A completed bachelor or master degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable field
- At least five years of experience in software engineering or software integration, preferably in a real-time environment
- Strong knowledge of C and C++ on Linux
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration tooling such as Jenkins, Maven and Nexus
- An analytical, quality-driven mindset and good communication skills
- Good command of English; Dutch is a plus
- Willingness to go through a security screening, which is required for this position
What is offered:
- A challenging role on technology that truly matters
- A permanent position with excellent employment conditions, including around forty days of leave per year
- Plenty of room for personal development, training and initiative
- A flexible working environment with attention to work-life balance
- Clear growth paths, for example towards software architect, test specialist or team lead
