As a project engineer, you join a technology company serving telecom providers in the Netherlands. You work in customer project teams and install and integrate systems, both on-site and remotely. You combine technical work with direct customer contact.
What you will do:
- You agree system configuration and integration details with customers.
- You install and configure hardware and software, on premises or in the cloud.
- You solve problems that come up during installation, configuration and integration.
- You document each implementation and help standardize and automate the work.
- You back up customer support with your knowledge of the delivered solutions.
What you bring:
- You hold at least a bachelor's degree, for example in (technical) computer science.
- You have experience in an implementation or system engineering role.
- You have strong knowledge of Linux, preferably Red Hat.
- You have experience with Ansible and with databases such as PostgreSQL.
- You understand networking, security and system integrations.
- You communicate well in Dutch and English and are willing to travel abroad.
