For our client, a specialised consultancy in the Netherlands working at the intersection of enterprise architecture, information management and knowledge management, we are looking for a Senior Consultant Information Services.
About the role:
As a senior consultant you work for several clients at the same time, mostly in the public sector such as municipalities and regional government bodies. A typical week could look like this: three days a week you support a municipality, while on the other days you work with a colleague on an advisory report for another public organisation and contribute to the further development of the consultancy's own products and methods. You facilitate workshops with employees to map out upcoming changes and their impact on the information landscape, and you translate the results into clear reports and presentations for management.
What you will do:
- Analyse complex organisational and information management questions
- Facilitate workshops and work closely with people at all levels of client organisations
- Write and present advisory reports to management
- Work for multiple clients in parallel, largely on site and independently
- Contribute to the development of internal products, methods and knowledge
What you bring:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- A university degree
- At least six years of relevant work experience and the ability to work independently at client sites
- Experience with consultancy projects
- Knowledge of information management, knowledge management and/or enterprise architecture
Nice to have:
- The ability to independently acquire new assignments
- Certifications in ArchiMate and/or a recognised enterprise architecture framework of The Open Group
What our client offers:
- Challenging assignments with a real impact on public sector organisations
- Experienced colleagues in organisational consulting, architecture, information management, knowledge management and data management
- Flexible working arrangements
- A small team without hierarchy
- Several company outings per year
- Access to professional associations and working groups in the architecture field
- An annual training budget of 5000 euro
- A budget for your own laptop and phone
- A lease car or a monthly travel allowance
- A variable salary component on top of a fixed salary, based on a percentage of the revenue you generate
