A small, flat test consultancy in Noord-Brabant is looking for a Senior Test Engineer. It improves the software quality of large clients, from unit tests to cloud testing. Assignments include a high-tech machine builder, a large insurer and a grid operator. The position is for 32 to 40 hours per week, on site, at the office or from home. As a senior you advise the client independently on the road to quality and pass on knowledge to less experienced colleagues.
What you will do:
- You advise the client on the best route to quality.
- You set up test automation and embed it in the development process.
- You run manual, performance and mobile tests on new, complex software.
- You weigh in on requirements and user stories and convince engineers, developers and administrators.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's level.
- More than 3 years of experience in testing or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of current test techniques and tools.
- Experience with test automation or CI/CD.
- Broad interest: from mobile and performance testing to automating every type of test.
