A major construction company in Utrecht is looking for an experienced site manager on a contract basis. You lead the team on site and monitor daily progress. Working safely and to the required quality is central to this assignment.
What you will do:
- You lead the execution team on a daily basis
- You monitor progress against the planning
- You make sure work is done safely and in line with regulations
- You direct subcontractors and suppliers on site
- You report to project management on progress
What you bring:
- Education at vocational (mbo) or bachelor's (hbo) level in construction
- Experience in a site management role in construction
- Knowledge of safety, quality and regulations on site
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Clear communication with the team and subcontractors
