An IT services firm focused on software quality seeks a senior Test Automation Engineer. You join a small, close-knit team of test automation engineers and developers. Assignments are spread across the Netherlands and matched to your expertise and ambitions. Permanent or prelance, salary from 4,500 euros gross per month.
What you will do:
- Set up test automation frameworks at clients, or advise on where they apply
- Solve complex test automation problems
- Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitLab
- Bring stakeholders along in your approach and quality focus
- Coach colleagues and share knowledge in the team and at knowledge sessions
What you bring:
- At least 4 years of experience in test automation
- Bachelor's level of working and thinking
- Sound knowledge of ISTQB, TMAP or a comparable method
- Experience in an Agile environment
- A software development background, or experience with CI/CD tools
- Experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Postman, SoapUI, JMeter or Burp Suite
- Basic knowledge of front-end and app testing, back-end testing, CI/CD, performance testing and security testing
- A demonstrable contribution to software quality
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
