On behalf of our client, a specialised IT services organisation in the field of software testing and quality assurance in the central Netherlands, we are looking for an experienced Test Engineer. You will work on challenging test assignments at large organisations in sectors such as finance, government and transport. Within agile teams you act as the quality conscience and help teams deliver software at a predictable pace in DevOps and Continuous Delivery environments. What you will do: - Analyse high impact applications and systems, identify risks and remove obstacles - Set up test automation with tools such as Robot Framework, Cypress, Katalon, Specflow and Cucumber - Work as a full member of scrum teams and safeguard quality throughout the development cycle - Actively share knowledge and contribute to the further development of the testing profession within the organisation What you bring: - A completed bachelor or master degree with a strong IT component - Demonstrable experience with test automation - Knowledge of modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python or C# - Experience working in agile and scrum environments; you live it rather than just apply it - Strong communication skills and the motivation to keep learning and experimenting What our client offers: - A competitive salary and profit sharing - Unlimited room for training and education - A lease car, mobility allowance or travel expense reimbursement - A fixed monthly expense allowance - Fully employer paid health insurance and a fully employer paid collective pension - Holiday allowance and 27 days of annual leave - A flat organisation with an informal culture Interested?
