What you will do:
- You translate drawings and specifications into work packages for execution
- You calculate material quantities and prepare purchase lists
- You request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- You draw up the planning and monitor its progress
- You process drawing changes and agree them with the site team
What you bring:
- Education at vocational (mbo) or bachelor's (hbo) level in construction
- Experience with work preparation in the construction sector
- Knowledge of drawings, specifications and cost calculations
