What you will do:
- You source candidates for technical roles through different channels
- You screen candidates and assess their fit for open roles
- You guide candidates through interviews and the offer process
- You build a network of technical talent for future roles
- You work closely with account managers on client demand
What you bring:
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in an IT or technical environment
- Strong communication skills and a feel for matching people to roles
- A proactive way of sourcing candidates beyond job boards
- Good command of Dutch and English
