Our client, an IT consultancy organisation in the Amsterdam region, builds complex software solutions for a broad range of customers. To keep growing the engineering team, they are looking for a Tech Recruiter who takes full ownership of the hiring process, from intake to signed offer, with a strong focus on speed and candidate experience.
What you will do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles
- Develop hiring strategies together with stakeholders for critical technical positions
- Run detailed intake meetings to define requirements, profiles and realistic timelines
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including professional sourcing platforms, referrals and community outreach
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and manage the offer process
- Keep the ATS accurate and use pipeline data to make the process measurable and predictable
- Give every candidate a positive interview experience and strengthen the employer brand through consistent engagement
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house
- Proven success in recruiting profiles such as Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Software Engineers
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS and sourcing tooling
- Strong stakeholder management skills and solid knowledge of the technical labour market
- The ability to run multiple searches in parallel without losing attention to detail
- Fluent English; Dutch proficiency is a plus
- You currently live in the Netherlands; relocation support is not available for this role
Nice to have:
- Experience recruiting for Data and AI, DevOps and platform, JVM or security roles
- A strong track record in proactive sourcing and building inbound pipelines
- Experience improving recruitment processes and ATS hygiene
